Barracuda Championship

All of the tickets and parking passes that will be available for the 2021 Barracuda Championship will be digitally delivered. All tickets will need to be reserved in advance online once tickets are available. There will be no at-the-gate sales of tickets in 2021. Also, there will be no Will Call available for ticket pick up in 2021. Digital tickets are very easy to use, and easy to share too! You can transfer tickets to family and friends in just a few clicks. Immediately after ordering online, tickets will be delivered to the email address you used to purchase. Can I enter the Barracuda Championship with a paper ticket?

2021 tickets will be 100% digital! No paper tickets will be distributed for this year’s tournament. Which is great news – this means your entry to the tournament grounds will be as contactless as possible and will hopefully help everyone move through the gate quicker.

How do I access my digital tickets? Can I print my ticket at home?

You can easily access your tickets via the email confirmation you received after purchasing your tickets. You can print your tickets but we encourage you to use your device. Your phone is your ticket. Make sure it is charged and that your ticket is readily available once you get on the tournament grounds. What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?

That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner. We will have support staff on the grounds to help – don’t worry!

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes; however, it’s much easier to transfer to each attendee their individual ticket.

What if something happens to my phone prior to entry?

Look, we get it… we forget to charge our phones too. Simply come to the admissions gate on the day you’ll be using your ticket, present your photo ID, and verify either your email address or mobile phone number. At that point, we’ll verify that you are the ticket holder of record and provide a ticket resolution.

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter the golf course?

You can easily transfer each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.

What does the person need in order to for me to transfer a ticket to them?

The person you are transferring the ticket to only needs an email address or a number you can text to.

What happens if I sent them to the wrong person?

You can reclaim tickets by cancelling the transfer as long as they haven’t already been accepted.

Can tickets be transferred if the event has started?

Yes, but you cannot transfer a ticket after the ticket has been scanned for entry into the Barracuda Championship.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?

No, screenshots of tickets won’t be valid when they get scanned. Screenshots  will not be valid for admission at the Main Gate. Any guests arriving to the Barracuda Championship with a screenshot will be directed to the box office and will need to provide photo identification to verify that they are the ticket owner of record.
